Return Policy

We strive to provide quality customer service and want our customers to be completely satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other additional charges. Also, must have Original Certificate of Origin without being registered or signed. For this reason, we can’t accept returns in store on scooters because we register it after you purchase the scooter. We are unable to accept returns if it is registered because it now belongs to you legally and would have to be resold back to us, then registered which does not constitute as “New” and can’t be resold. Online returns of scooters will be accepted only if Original Certificate of Origin is not registered or signed. Buyer pays and makes all arrangements for return shipping.

The following is our Return Policy Agreement:

  • Please contact one of our friendly staff to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) or email us at classicscootersusa@gmail.com Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once you have an RMA number it is your financial responsibility to return the item to the address specified.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense.
  • Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.
  • If you do not have the original packaging, manuals, or the item is slightly used, that’s ok too. We will still process a return with a small deduction on your refund for what is missing. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages.
  • 25% – 35% restocking fee may be applied according to the condition.
  • This guarantee will not warrant returns on items that are damaged, have had alterations of any kind, or have been used or maintained in a way that is not recommended by the manufacturer.
  • In order to keep you completely satisfied and maintain rock bottom prices, our shipping expenses are neither refundable nor reimbursed for any reason. This includes all freight charges: the first shipment and return. Original freight expense will be deducted from your refund.
  • We don’t accept worn cloth, shoes, gears return. Unauthorized return subject to variable restock fees based on the condition.
  • Order may be canceled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. However, you will be charged a 6% cancellation fee.
