Tech Tip: The spark plug cap does not come pre-installed on the wire. To ensure a solid connection, thread the cap tightly onto the ignition wire core until you feel firm resistance. We recommend applying a small dab of dielectric grease inside the cap to prevent corrosion and make future spark plug changes easier.
