Engineered in Taiwan, this kit replaces your heavy stock front pulley with a lightweight, forged aluminum assembly designed to reduce rotational mass and significantly improve throttle response.

The variator features a specialized Teflon coating to minimize roller friction and heat, while the CNC-machined grooved sidewalls increase airflow to keep your CVT belt running cooler for longer. This kit is "tuner-ready," including three different sets of roller weights so you can perfectly balance your scooter for off-the-line torque or maximum top-end speed.
